   Not quite knowing what to expect I was pleasantly surprised with the one day CSCS training course.
The instructor was clear and he ensured everyone in the group understood the topic.
He addressed the class as a whole making sure nobody felt sidelined. He was professional and succinct yet still polite, informative, interesting and even funny at times, making the whole class feel relaxed and comfortable.
I didn’t think I would, but it’s fair to say that I had a really good day (and who would have thought Health & Safety could be fun.)
The proof of course, is in the pudding and I am pleased to say I also passed the exam.
